Description:
I save a file as .xls with some simple format (color, bold, borders, etc).
Later, when I open this file, part of these cells loses its saved format and it
is shown as plain text (no data was lost, but no color, borders, etc). It is
not the whole sheet, but some part of this sheet looses its format.
Steps to Reproduce:
1.format some cells with a color, border, bold, etc. File was saved with a
simple password.
2.save your file as .xls
3.next day, open this file and realize that part of this sheet lost its format.
data remains, as plain text

keep saved formats
