Description:
Tiny drawing objects with text label hard to move by drag and drop
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open the attached file
2. Try to select and move the arrow with label by mouse (by drag and drop),
compare with arrow without label
Actual Results:
* You can't move the object without pre-selecting
* Pre-selecting the same (so white square appears) is hard. Mostly the text
label gets activated
* If you move the mouse very carefully you get a cross suggesting you can move
the object. If you do, you move a pointer of the arrow to different place. Not
the whole line
Expected Results:
Should be easier. Didn't think of the how, yet. Only about: the current
implementation isn't working
