Similar to bug #164942, but for spurious toolbar icons that show up as
duplicates.
Also very similar to bug #163331.
1. Launch any app (Writer, Draw, Calc), with the toolbars UI mode set to
"Tabbed" (notebookbar) or "Groupedbar Compact" UI mode (or other UIs than
"Standard Toolbar")
2. Click Insert > Chart (or double-click an existing pasted chart to enter
chart editing mode), or Insert > OLE Object > Formula Object (or any OLE
object)
Result: in addition to the spurious menubar (bug #164942), you also get a bunch
of useless duplicate buttons in the new contextual sub-toolbar that appears
below the toolbars.
