Description:
I cannot resize the options windows and the "ok" button are out of the screen.
I can correctly maximize it tough.
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open LibreOffice Calc
2. Go to Tools->Options
3. Put the mouse on the edge of the window and try to resize it
Actual Results:
Window cannot be resized
Expected Results:
Window should be able to be resized
Reproducible: Always
User Profile Reset: No
