Description:
When saving an xlsx file, the saving time shows +1 hour more, than the current
time (in my region). My region is Middle Europe with GMT+1 hour. If I create a

Skia/Vulkan; VCL: win
Locale: hu-HU (hu_HU); UI: hu-HU
Calc: threaded

Steps to Reproduce:
1. open that specific xlsx file
2. make some changes
3. save that specific xlsx file

Actual Results:
The saving time shows exactly +1 hour.

Expected Results:
same happened.

Reproducible: Always

User Profile Reset: No
