--- Comment #7 from Octavio Alvarez <[email protected]> --- I tried bibisecting it but different commits change different behaviors. For the PDF one, I traced it down to this: First, 493a916a3113e877835c9bc7c93faef0d29f9a33 (linux-64-7.2: 8413a5f76) changes it from loading rapidly to making it hang. Then, 00b6602d4c79af5bbcb6fab118740d73c1bcf74e (linux-64-7.5: 3d9e9e34) changes it from hanging to loading it in about 14 seconds. For the hanging when loading the file, it is more complex: First, 493a916a3113e877835c9bc7c93faef0d29f9a33 (linux-64-7.2: 8413a5f76), same one as for the PDF, it changes it from loading rapidly to using 100% CPU without freezing the UI in GTK and from loading rapidly to using 88% in gen VCL. Then, different commits changes different CPU usages with different VCLs. At some point, having the window in focus and out of focus changes the CPU usage. It would require a more complex bibisect to track the latest changes. So I stopped. At least we can say 493a916a3113e877835c9bc7c93faef0d29f9a33 changed both from loading fast to a misbehavior in all three: PDF conversion, loading the file under GTK GUI and loading the file under Gen GUI. My environment: CPU threads: 16; OS: Linux 6.12; UI render: default; VCL: gtk3 Locale: en-US (en_US.UTF-8); UI: en-US Calc: threaded -- You are receiving this mail because: You are the assignee for the bug.
