when saving a spreadsheet as "Name".xlsx only 18 lines are saved in the Data
Validity Help all lines after eighteenth are ignored.
This is not a problem if saved as a "Name".ods

Create data/validity / Input Help withe more than 18 lines
Expected Results:
Save as "Name".xlsx close sheet then reopen lines after eighteenth are missing
