I am reporting what I believe to be a bug in lowriter. Originally reported in

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Open the attached file
2.Observe lowriter not responding
Actual Results:
I cannot interact with lowriter window.
Expected Results:
I can edit, scroll, etc.
Reproducible: Always
