Description:
Current styles on windows use a gradient, which is a dated style on windows
(the last MS Office using it was 2010, I think). This makes LO UI on windows
look old and incoherent.
Steps to Reproduce:
Open Writer or Calc and look at the menu/toolbars at the top of the application
Actual Results:
The area of the menu/toolbars has a slight gradient from #FEFEFE (top) to
#F1F1F1 (bottom)
Expected Results:
The background should (at least from my color picking on screenshots) be a
consistent #F3F3F3.
Reproducible: Always
User Profile Reset: No
