This can be done in Windows system settings. Quoting author of bug 165131: > Control panel->System->Advanced Settings then add the new setting and set the > variable. Then reboot to enable. On Windows with English localization (and likely, on any localization - I expect, that MS would catch the English term anyway), you may simply press the Start button, and start typing 'environment', to see the "Edit the system environment variables" control panel applet suggested to you.
