Assuming that "iOS" in the bug title is a typo and you are trying to install
LibreOffice on macOS, my first guess is that you have a Mac with an Intel chip
and you downloaded the "macOS (Apple Silicon)" installer.

If you have a Mac with an Intel chip (most were manufactured in 2020 or
earlier), try selecting the "macOS (Intel)" item in the "Choose your operating
system" listbox and then press the download button.

Why is this necessary? For some unknown reason, unlike nearly every macOS
application I use, LibreOffice does not have a Universal installer on their
website. They have a Universal installer for their Mac App Store version, but
the version on the LibreOffice download page is split into two separate
installers: one for each type of Mac chip.
