https://gerrit.libreoffice.org/c/core/+/181387 disabled invoking of Find and
Replace dialog when the document was read-only, because it let the read-only
user modify the contents of the document.
However, the dialog provides much richer options for search than the Find
toolbar. It could be useful to disable the "Replace" functionality in the
dialog.
