In your slideshow, I see this:

This doesn't sound like a good idea. Ctrl+Z is for undoing an action, not for
undoing navigation. If you just open attachment 198996, click the link and
undo, you will *not* jump anywhere. So probably in the past you were also
undoing some (important?) change.

And indeed, Mikhail is right: this is a duplicate of bug 44271.

Solution after changing it to a button: View - Toolbars - Form Design must be
active. In the toolbar, deactivate design mode. In the Colibre icon theme you
use the icon has a ruler and a pen. Now you can just click the button *without*
pressing Ctrl.
