Steps to reproduce:
1. Open a blank Calc (or Writer) document
2. Press Ctrl-h to display the Find and Replace dialog
3. Right-click in the input field, to display the context menu.
4. Select Special Character...
Actual Result:
The dialog box with the special characters does not show up.
Expected Result:
Display the dialog box with the special characters and offer the possibility to
select one.
