The path to this window is: Options-Tools-Accessibility. Because of this, it is impossible to save settings in the "Accessibility" window. Невозможно изменить размер окна " Специальные возможности". There should be scroll bars visible in the Accessibility panel. Though the dialog shows when it is resized to 1000 pixel in height. Is the issue that you show no scrollbars? Please post the details from Help -> About LibreOffice. That will identify the version of LibreOffice you are using, and details about your os/DE.
