For example, if I select both paragraphs with different indentation, right click, paragraph - paragraph, what value should be in Indent fields: for the first paragraph, for the second one, none?... maybe the same logic is with the ruler. If multiple values are there, none is shown. As a workaround, as I mentioned before, you can right-click on both paragraph and select paragraph - paragraph and choose your desired value.
