Scenario: You have a preinstalled theme from your system and you like it, but
you want to change a single color.
For example, I like the breeze dark theme, to have good OS integration, but I
want to have a darker background of the document.
Unless the theme is accidentally available as an extension or downloadable
theme, I cant reuse it and need to manually recreate it.
A button to copy the used theme into a place like "themename-custom" would be
great, and I think multiple applications have such a system.
