Description:
Menus are often shown with a window title. Seen on KWIN. LibO 24.2 is fine.
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open calc
2. Open the format menu
3. Slide to the insert menu
Actual Results:
The insert menu appears with a window title (soffice.bin) and managed by the
window manager as an application window and not as a menu (e.g., it gets
automatically positioned to the center of the screen).
Expected Results:
The menus don't carry any window title
