Sample XLS #1
Save either of the attached XLS samples as XLSX, and try opening them in Excel.
=> Excel fails to open the XLSX, and when attempting repair, shows similar
error:

Removed Records: Workbook properties from /xl/workbook.xml part (Workbook)
Observed using LO 25.8.0.0.alpha0+ (41ab24cecd6ad74312843f113d2faa13259cdb7d) /
Windows.
