The tooltip for moving parts of a list up or down is shown as STRG+ALT+UP/DOWN
instead of SHIFT+ALT+UP/DOWN
Only validated for german version
Steps to Reproduce:
1. -> Format
2. -> Listen (lists)
3. look the small grey tooltip behind the text
Actual Results:
it's the wrong shortcut shown
