I have files saved in Excel 97-2003 (.xls) format
I downloaded the latest version of LibreOffice recently.
When I open the xls files they have lost the border format around some, but not
all, cells. Also the number formatting has been lost (i.e. 2 decimal places,
red if negative).
I have re-formatted the sheet and saved it. But when re-opening it loses the
formatting changes I have made.
