I just downloaded the "LibreOffice_25.2.0_Win_x86-64.msi" installer from
https://www.libreoffice.org/download/download-libreoffice/ and tried to install
it on Windows 11 Pro 24H2.
The installation stops with the following message: "To install LibreOffice
25.2.0.3 on Windows 8.1, first install the April 2014 update package
(KB2919355)" (I translated the message, as I am using the pt-BR localization).
