Description:
Some users pointed out that LibreOffice Writer can neither opening or editing
attachment for documents.

If LibreOffice Writer get support for attachment, users who wish to add
attachment to PDF would get benefits, in addition, it's possible to open
attachment from a document made by Microsoft Office/365, which would increase
interoperability.
Once Writer get implementation, it should have a warning for security on the
interface as well if a file does have attachment.
