PAGE_SIZE (now DINDEX_PAGE_SIZE) is unconditionally set to 512.

I believe it was actually meant to be the platform-dependent page size. Please
see FileHandle_Impl::getpagesize() in sal/osl/unx/file.cxx to get proper page
size, for example.
