Description:
I found several bug reports already on this but none did solve my problem.
Now I assume I found the solution by myself and maybe it helps other with the
same behavior.
After the installation of LibreOffice 25.2.1 none of the applications started
correctly.
I did not get any error message, just nothing popping up.
I assume the root case was the ransomware blocker in Windows 10.
I found a message that the soffice.bin was blocked.
After whitelistening application it worked.

Additional Info:
It should inform the user to whitelist that application in the ransomeware
blocker in Windows.
