This is enhancement request, and not a bug report.
Since LO Calc doesn't have "Accounting" format, it will be nice if LO can
save/store frequently used user-defined format. So, not just "Accounting", but
a lot of useful number format can be used without change the cell (or range)
every time a new file created or modifying old files.
