Comparison screenshot (LO vs. Excel)
Open attachment 106492 or attachment 105864 from bug 83593.
Note how the connector paths are wrong, see attached screenshot with
comparison. This was fixed in bug 83593 in 7.0/7.1, but regressed in 7.4 due to
the following commit.

Still the same in LO 25.8.0.0.alpha0+
(36a6bf8bd65e2ece92a4354e9f6d8e47e0f03d84) / Windows.
Other bug reports in META bug 159781 originating from the same commit might be
related.
Another issue is that the connectors aren't connected to the shapes.
