On my machine SAL_USE_VCLPLUGIN=gtk3 doesn't have much of an effect. I can get
very smooth scrolling with all three: VCL_DOUBLEBUFFERING_FORCE_ENABLE=1
QT_QPA_PLATFORM=xcb SAL_USE_VCLPLUGIN=kf6.

seem to recommend enabling Skia, so is there any reason not to always enable
Skia, and use Cairo only as fallback ? I'm running the Fedora RPM LO, so I
don't have the config option to enable Skia.
