This is a followup to bug 160046
Clone formatting works correctly in Impress when a whole line is selected, but
it does not if the cursor is in a line without highlighting.
1. Open attachment 192963
2. Double click the A1-ROT line to select it
3. Click the Format Painter
4. Click on the "Text-BLAU-FETT-Sans" line
-> the format is transferred correctly, including bullet and alignment (this is
due to the fix of bug 160046 )
5. Click inside the A1-ROT line
6. Click the Format Painter
7. Click on the "Text-BLAU-FETT-MONO" line
-> the format is partially transferred: bullet is missing, alignment is
centered instead of left
