That part was fixed in 6.0 with commit ef2e9b19a52e04ae0ed45900bcf64bf375a910ef

That started in 4.0 somewhere in

The 6pt spacing after seems to me to be the key to solving this bug report. The
added 6pt after "Goal" is enough to push the remaining paragraph out of sync.

I have no idea where that 6pt would have come from. It is not defined at all.
If it was defined, it would look like
    <a:spcAft>
      <a:spcPts val="600"/>
    </a:spcAft>

I don't think autofit has anything to do with this issue. If it helps, it is
just coincidental.
