In the context of bug #164936 an issue was fixed where we rendered
extra table border lines when importing a PPTX (attachment #198860).
Now it turns out that when saving and reloading that file those extra
lines appear again (as in attachment #198861).
Presumably something also needs to be fixed/adjusted when saving?
