incomplete dropdown menu frames and missing focus indicator
the dropdown-menu frames are rendered inconsistently.
in those that allow typing in text, only the bottom line is drawn. this looks
bad.
in those that don't allow typing in text, the full frame is drawn.
also, in libreoffice calc the formula field lacks a focus indiicator, i.e. its
frame isn't changed to the focus color when focused.
