Screen 1 resolution: 2880x1800 scale 200%

Description
When opening menus in LibreOffice on a secondary display, the content of the
menus does not appear. This issue occasionally leads to the menu interface
freezing completely. Additionally, the formatting marks button (PI icon) does
not function as expected; clicking it has no effect on both screens.

Steps to Reproduce
Connect a second monitor to your computer and extend the desktop.
Open LibreOffice on the secondary monitor.
Attempt to open any menu (e.g., File, Edit, etc.).
Observe that the menu content does not display or causes the menu to freeze.
Click on the formatting marks button (PI icon) and note that it does not toggle
as expected.
Expected Behavior
The menu content should display correctly and be fully navigable on a secondary
display.
Clicking the formatting marks button should toggle the visibility of formatting
marks.
Actual Behavior
Menu content fails to display or causes freezing when accessed on a secondary
monitor.
The formatting marks button does not respond when clicked.
Additional Details
Graphics Driver: Ensure your graphics drivers are updated to the latest version
available.
Display Settings: Confirmed that display settings are configured correctly for
extended desktop mode in Windows 11.
Tried running LibreOffice in Safe Mode and the issues persist.
Disabling hardware acceleration in the settings had no effect.
