The Shilajit Resin product page
https://opure.co/products/pure-himalayan-shilajit on OPURE’s website is failing
to load on mobile browsers, specifically on iOS (Safari) and Android (Chrome,
Firefox). When users attempt to access the page, they encounter a blank screen
or an infinite reload loop. This issue does not occur on desktop browsers and
appears to be mobile-specific.
Key observations:
The page starts to load but flashes white and then reloads continuously.
Users report being unable to access product details, pricing, or purchase
options.
No clear JavaScript errors appear in the desktop console, suggesting a
mobile-specific rendering or script issue.
The issue occurs across different mobile devices (iPhone 14, Samsung Galaxy
S23, etc.), indicating it's not device-specific.
Clearing cache and cookies does not resolve the problem, pointing to a
persistent bug within the website’s code or mobile CSS/JavaScript conflicts.
