Description:
when I change the scaling to any other value the 100% the ribbon looks ugly and
chaotic.
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Scale desktop to any other value but 100%
2. start LO writer
3. looks not well
Actual Results:
The ribbon looks ugly and messy
Expected Results:
Ribbon looks nice
