Trivial document containing just one comment.
As reported in 65807, when I print a document with notes, the notes will not
show up in print preview, IMHO severely violating any WYSIWYG logic.
To reproduce:
Open the attached document, view the print preview: No notes will be preivewed,
even if printing notes after each page is selected.
Print it out: Notes will be printed, if the respective option is chosen.
