The Horizontal Ruler is well placed against the text on screen, however as most
monitors are landscape format, the Vertical Ruler is way over to the left of
the screen, and it's really difficult to use it for alignment as it's too far
from the text. Can there either be a variable location (e.g left mouse button
drag) or can the Ruler ALWAYS be at the left hand edge of text rather than left
hand side of the scree, please.
