After downloading and installing LibreOffice Writer, it is unusable. The
background of my documents are black, and changing to light mode in settings
made it worse. The background is black, it cannot be changed, and lack text is
effectively invisible.
see attachment for a picture of what this looks like. Reverting back to 24.8
fixed this (mostly--document is usable, but background seems to be permanently
black). Also Word opens ODT files correctly.
windows version 24H2 build 26100.3476
(of note, uninstalling 25.2 caused windows EXPLORER to be stopped. Why?? I
haven't seen a program need to stop Explorer in decades)
