Forecast prediction function has a result that is different from the result in
MS Excel with the same data.
Steps to Reproduce:
Download the attached file and compare the results in formulas from 33rd to 38
line.

=FORECAST.ETS.STAT( B2:B29, A2:A29, 1 ) - 0
=FORECAST.ETS.STAT( B2:B29, A2:A29, 8 ) - 1
Expected Results:
