Description:
There are 3 problems with index changes:
1) It is not possible to delete all index entries at once.
2) The index entries are cumulated; in the attached extract, im my case, each
entry is recorded 5 times.
3) The use of a concordance file does not replace existing index entries.
Steps to Reproduce:
1.Create an index
2.Change an index entry
3.Generate a new index
Actual Results:
Each entry is registered twice
Expected Results:
Index has bad entries
Reproducible: Always
User Profile Reset: No
