Sharing my own experience here. LibreOffice does not scale to my KDE scaling
factor of 125% unless I manually set SAL_FORCEDPI=125 while launching. Stays in
100%. Expected behaviour would be that it would read KDE's scaling factor on
launch and apply this automatically. Environment details below:
