The Bug is quite resolved now, because manually corrected size is OK for NODPI and 100DPI too. 100DPI Insert Image works correctly. NODPI Insert Image function still does not work correctly, because Width and Height are different after insert. Original Size function change NODPI w/h ratio to square and then Fit to Cell Size function works correctly for NODPI too.
