Steps to Reproduce:
1. Deploy Latest OS
2. Perform windows and store updates
3. Download the LibreOffice Application
4. Launch the application
5. Observe soffice.bin crash.
Actual Results:
LibreOffice application getting crash "soffice.bin" while launching.
Expected Results:
Applications should be launched without any issue.
Reproducible: Always
