LO is showing strange behavior in the attached document with Changes being
recorded.

Steps:
1. Ensure that "Images and Charts" is unchecked under "View"
2. Ensure that "Record Changes" is on
3. Select the text in first line and use the Formatting Bar to change the style
to "Heading 1".

Behavior expected: The text just turns to "Heading 1" style.

Actual behavior: The text is inserted in a frame and now the becomes invisible.

Follow-up steps:
4. Check "Images and Charts"
5. Press Ctrl+Z to Undo

Behavior expected: The text returns to "Default paragraph style"

Actual behavior: The text returns to "Default paragraph style" with the last
character shifted (at least it is highlighted in green).

Undoing further removes the last characters one by one.
