Steps:
1) Insert -> Page Number
2) Bottom of page (Footer)
3) [enable] Fit into existing margins (so that it don't change margins)
4) Click on the footer
5) Click to open 'Footer (Default Page Style)' context menu
6) Delete footer...
Actual result:
Margin is enlarged by the size of deleted footer.
Expected result:
Option to delete header and footer without changing page margins.
