Description:
When creating an account on https://translations.documentfoundation.org as soon
as i click on one of the fields the Human Verification starts spinning and
after all fields are filled it keeps spinning, but it never ends, neither with
error nor success.
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Go to https://translations.documentfoundation.org/accounts/register/
2. Click on E-mail
3. Fill all fields
Actual Results:
Human verification stuck on Verifying…
Expected Results:
Account registration succesful.
Reproducible: Always
User Profile Reset: No
Additional Info:
ALready tested on Linux and Android.
