Description:
Currently (At list under ProjectBlueFin Gnome) if you run a impress
presentation in presenter mode, and a notification fires (e.g. will suspend in
15mins), the notification appears (for me over the presenter view)... I can't
see anything in documentation about this, or any settings relating to this.
I've not yet tested whether impress does inhibit suspend on gnome, but I will
try and test that. Hopefully it does inhibit suspend....
Either way it looks like impress is not putting computer into 'Do No Disturb'
automatically when you start a slide show (which I suggest should be default).
I did search for other bugs reports relating to this and couldn't find any...
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Set you computer to suspend in 5mins, and trigger notification warning
before hand. (or configure some other notification to go off in a few mins
time).
2. Create a new presentation
3. Start presenter mode/slide show.
Actual Results:
Notification appear over impress presenter mode
Expected Results:
Do-Not-Disturb should be automatically enabled to block notification when slide
show is started.
Suspend/Sleep/Hibernate should be inhibited when presenter mode/slideshow is
started.
Reproducible: Always
