Sorry! I made a mistake in writing.

It's a year that is divisible by 4 and 100 but not by 400.
In other words, it's an exceptional common year that occurs 3 times every 400
years according to the leap year definition.


The correct version is as follows.
- Here, n starts at 1 and increases by 1 each time a year that is divisible by
4 and 100 but not by 400 is encountered when looking backward from the present.
