Description:
When opening this document, the pages are stacked on top of each other instead
of being correctly places on individual pages.  

This happens on all versions up to 35.8.0+alpha0-20250331

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open the attached document in writer.

Actual Results:
The image on page two is placed under the table on page one, and all pages are
rendered onto a single page

Expected Results:
The correct placement shows the table on page one and the image on page two
