The issue seems to be resolved, because the dialog box is resizable, it fits the screen, and there are now scrollbars on the main content pane. I don't know if this would still be an issue under earlier versions of macOS, though, because I think that the system print dialog has been changed in a number of ways. I did set my screen resolution to 1280x800 (and even smaller) in order to simulate the 2015 MacBook Pro that I used to have.
